I cannot say enough good things about Paul, the technician from the Ypsilanti, MI office. The previous owner of the house had made some modifications that made it very difficult ... to clean the drainage pipes. However, Paul persevered in trying to find a solution and eventually got everything clear. He was very professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, determined, friendly, and truly wanted to help us. I believe he even gave up one of his days off to try to help us. (The problem occurred during Christmas week when we had guests.) Kudos also to Shane who came out to help and the two of them finally got things flowing. Shane was also professional and very knowledgeable.
